CJFC Concussion Management
The Cranbourne Junior Football Club supports current AFL Guidelines regarding concussion management.

Please download the file below ‘Head Injury Assessment’ to be completed by a medical practitioner for clearance to resume training and playing. No player will be allowed to train or play under any circumstances without this clearance.



The following document ‘Community Concussion CRT’ are to be used by trained CJFC or SEJ ERC’s only to help identify concussion in children, adolescents and adults.


The following documents ‘Child SCAT5’ & ‘SCAT5’ are to be used by medical practitioners only. These should be downloaded with the ‘Head Injury Assessment’ to assist medical practitioners.
